Terms of Service

DrumPracticePro (drumpracticepro.com, the "Service") is a browser-based drum sequencer and groove trainer. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

You can use the Service without an account. Creating an account lets you save grooves, set preferences, and mark favorites.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
• One person, one account. Do not share accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

The Service is free to use. Free accounts have limits, currently up to 4 bars per groove and up to 5 saved grooves, and some features, such as PDF export, are available only on the Pro plan.

• Pricing, billing period, renewal, and refund terms for Pro are shown to you before you purchase and form part of these terms.
• We may change which features are free or Pro, and Pro pricing. Price changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
• If your account moves from Pro back to Free, grooves you already saved stay in your account, but Free limits apply to new saves.

Grooves, preferences, and favorites you save belong to you. By saving them, you grant us a limited license to store them and show them back to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

Shared links are public. When you use the Share button, we create a copy of the current groove that anyone with the link can open. By sharing, you let us host and display that copy to anyone who has the link. Shared copies are not tied to your account, so deleting your account does not remove them. Contact us if you want a shared link taken down.

You can delete your saved content at any time. Deleting your account removes your saved grooves, favorites, and preferences, along with your login. Shared links, feedback, and anonymous survey answers are kept separately and are not removed by deleting your account.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or survey answers, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation or payment to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Create accounts programmatically or in bulk.
• Try to get around plan limits or access features you have not paid for.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use shared links or feedback to post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we close a Pro account for reasons other than a violation of these terms, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We work to keep the Service running, but we make no guarantees about uptime or availability, and we may change or remove features. If we shut the Service down, we will give Pro users at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

All original code, design, and content on this site (excluding your saved grooves) is owned by DrumPracticePro. The drum samples used in the sequencer are licensed for use within the Service. You may not extract or redistribute them as standalone sound files.

You are free to practice with, perform, and teach the built-in grooves, and to print or share PDF exports and grooves you create for personal or teaching use, including with your students.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrumPracticePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will try to let signed-in users know in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
